When Diane Gallaher (a huge fan who has read all 21 of my romantic comedies), told me her dream was for me to officiate her and Marty’s vow renewal for their 50th wedding anniversary, I was beyond honored but wondered how it could happen with them in Alabama and me in California.

Wouldn’t you know, Diane was determined! They drove 1800 miles so I could make her dream come true! 😲 We had a beautiful ceremony in front of the ocean at sunset. Afterward we celebrated at a festive Mexican restaurant, En Fuego in Del Mar. I’m so touched they wanted me to be part of this special renewal of their love. I’ll never forget this magical evening! 🥰
